Jeb and his team did an amazing job. It was an extremely challenging assignment on a short sale. The property was unique as an un-permitted duplex in an area with huge variations in values. Jeb worked with the banks to get the proper value that would ensure the property would be sold, which was no easy task considering the range of values the appraisers came back with. We avoided several foreclosure dates thanks to the great negotiating and strategies Jeb was able to provided. Ultimately Jeb was able to find a buyer who closed quickly with no out of pocket costs to me. The first and the second mortgage both signed off and I was even able to get some money to assist with relocation.
