Jeb Smith is a true professional! He is very easy to communicate with, and isn’t afraid to take on a challenge. My wife and I recently found a wonderful home to relocate our family to and, thanks to Jeb, we couldn’t be happier in our new place. He made himself available at anytime of the day, or sometimes nights, to show us properties and ensure we had the very best fit for our family. At first we were looking to buy, but couldn’t find anything to line up with $$’s and location, so Jeb, even though he would be losing his commission, selflessly talked us into waiting and renting for another year, or so, to see what was available next in the future.
