• Provide a monthly calendar of planned and organized listing events (example: preview dates, open house dates, flyer prepared, virtual tour pictures, disclosure preparation, etc)
• Enter the property in the MLS, and I will submit your listing to the following Boards: Orange County Multiple Listing Service, Pacific West Association of Realtors
• Place your property on the Internet, Zillow, Trulia as well as all Social Media Sites (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, etc..)
• Order a virtual tour or slide show pictures, submit the virtual tour or slide show to the internet and website
• Order Broker Preview (catered with food & drinks)
• Prepare a professional color flyer for both the inside of home and exterior flyer box and send the brochure to the top producers in the area
• Offer suggestions to increase property marketability
• Contact all of the buyers and agents who have expressed interest in a property like yours
• Install For Sale Sign and Electronic Key Box (if desired) for easy accessibility
• Report to you any recent listings or sales in your area and follow up on all showings
• Hold at least two open house per month (optional)
• Send out a mass mailer to area introducing your new listing and inviting them to a catered open house
• Send out an Email blast to all buyers, agents & brokers that have looked in the area
• Evaluate initial company caravan, broker preview, advertised open houses, etc… regarding interest, condition and pricing.
• Carefully assist in negotiating any and all offers presented
• Be available for meeting with you regarding any questions or concerns you may have during the process
• Assist in staging and preparing your home for top selling condition prior to going on the market
