Tuscany Townhomes were built in 2007 and only consists of 28 attached townhomes. Tuscany Townhomes offer 2 different floor plans ranging from a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath with 1,468 sq/ft of living space to a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath with 1,541 sq/ft of living space. All units in Tuscany offer laundry as well as attached 2 car garages. Although Tuscany Townhomes are not gated, there is only 1 way in or out of the community which is using Kelter Drive (located off of Gothard).
Tuscany Townhomes on-site amenities include a small playground for the kids as well as a BBQ area for all residents and guests. 
Tuscany does have an HOA fee of $110 which is paid monthly which covers the amenities just mentioned as well as the common area and exterior maintenance of the community.
