The Gables was built in 1980 and is made up of 80 condominiums which are located 4 units to a building with the garages facing out towards the streets. The smallest floor plan is the 2 bedroom / 1 bath model ranging anywhere from 966 up to 1032 sq/ft of living space while the largest model is the 3 bedroom / 2 bath with nearly 1,218 sq/ft of living space. All models have either a 1 or 2 car garage, laundry rooms as well as large outdoor patios.
The on-site amenities in The Gables Huntington Beach include a clubhouse, community swimming pool and spa and BBQ Area. The Gables does have an HOA which is currently $316 which covers these amenities as well as the insurance for each unit.
The Gables Condos are located on leased land which basically means that you don’t own the land underneath the property and you have to pay a monthly fee (or quarterly fee) to lease it. As of now the land lease fee is $9207/year in addition to the HOA and it expires in 2059.
