The townhomes in Seaside Village are the only properties located on the water while the condos are located in another area of the community. Seaside Village Townhomes consists of both 2 and 3 bedroom models. The 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath model starts at 1,424 sq/ft while the 3 bedroom / 2. 5 bath model starts at 1,658 sq/ft. All townhomes in Seaside Village have outdoor patios as well as an attached 2 car garage.
Seaside Village offers a plethora of amenities to it’s residents including a Clubhouse, Swimming Pool & Spa, Tennis Court,
