All units in Pierhouse have a large outdoor patio, most with some view of the ocean. The community is completely gated which requires entry with a special card reader. The parking is all subterranean and completely secure.
The amenities in Pierhouse include a clubhouse, pool, spa and area to BBQ. From the pool you can even take in ocean views as it sits facing directly towards the ocean. The HOA is currently around $450/month and includes of the amenities just mentioned as well as the common area maintenance, water, sewer, trash and fire insurance. In addition to the HOA, there is also a land lease payment of $250/month as Pierhouse is not fee simple land.
