Huntington Township Condos is a condominium complex located pretty central in Huntington Beach near the cross streets of Warner and Edwards across the street from the Villa Warner Complex.  Huntington Township provides residents with easy access to shopping, dining, freeways and is only located a few miles from the Bolsa Chica State Beach.

Huntington Township was built in 1971 and is made up of 124 individual condos with a variety of different floor plans to choose from.  The floor plans range from a 2 bedroom / 1 bath  with approximately 875 sq/ft of living space to a 3 bedroom / 1.5 bath with around 1240 sq/ft.  Huntington Township Huntington Beach offers both single and two level condos.  All units in Huntington Township have interior laundry as well as a private outdoor patio and 2 covered assigned parking spaces.

Huntington Township on-site amenities include a community swimming pool (pictured to the right) as well as greenbelts that run throughout the community.   Huntington Township does have an HOA fee which is paid monthly that covers the community swimming pool, exterior maintenance, green belts, trash and insurance of each unit.
