The size of the models range from around 921 sq/ft up to around 1100 sq/t of living space. All properties in Huntington Townhomes have detached carports that are accessible from the back patio which also include an additional storage area.
Huntington Townhomes amenities include a large community swimming pool as well as greenbelts that run throughout the community. Huntington Townhomes does have a monthly HOA which covers these amenities as well as the water/sewer, trash and insurance of each unit.
