Habour Vista was built in 1980 and is made up of 275 individual condos. Harbour Vista has many different options when it comes to choosing a floor plan. The floor plans in Harbour Vista Huntington Beach vary from a 1 bedroom/1 bath with approximately 843 sq/ft to a 3 bedroom / 2 bath with approximately 1272 sq/ft of living space. All units are one level but can be located on one of 2 levels of the building. Each unit has access to either a patio or balcony as well as a detached garage and an additional assigned parking space.
Harbour Vista has a variety of amenities to offer it’s residents including a clubhouse, 2 community pools, 2 spas and basketball 
court. Harbour Vista does have an HOA fee which is due monthly which covers these amenities as well as the water/sewer, trash and insurance of each unit. In addition to the HOA, there is also a land lease fee due monthly since the property isn’t fee simple and does sit on leased land. As of now, the land lease expires in 2041 which could make financing difficult but please give me a call and we can discuss your options in more detail.
