munity located in West Huntington Beach in the master planned community of Seagate. Promenade Townhomes is conveniently located right off Main Street in the Seacliff area just west of 5 Points Plaza with easy access to Seacliff Plaza, Shops, Dining and just a few short miles to the beach and The Huntington Beach Pier.
Promenade Townhomes is part of the Huntington Beach Affordable Housing Program. This program ensures that low and median income families also have access to housing. Promenade Townhomes is designated for moderate income families with income limits based on family size. Huntington Beach also has restrictions on how much you can sale your unit for when and if you do decide to sale. Some other things to keep in mind with the Huntington Beach Affordable Housing Program is that No investors are allowed and all properties must be occupied as a primary residence.
